PeTo_H, May I suggest you take a look at X6 World.A person posted a great writeup on just this subject regarding the different engine choices for the X6.This person post under Steved.This person resides in Europe and is much more knowledgeable about all things diesel than I am.You'll just need to ck the post under Steved.It's a long post you can't miss it.It's been within the past 30 days.One point I'll add.If your into Sporty and that includes the exhaust note,you will want either the 35i or 50i petrol.Both have awesome exhaust notes.The diesels are much more subdued.Thanks.
