Does anyone want to know what happened to the original 300SEL 6.8? (Might be a little OT)

The car was converted into a test car for French aerospace engineers because they needed a heavy duty vehicle that can accelerate to 200km/h within 900 meters to test the stress in landing stress of aircraft tyres.
