there is money for BMW in Europe to make if they offer this for 4-cylinder engines. Many bimmers in Europe are sold with 4-cylinders.
Why it wouldn´t work?Because it would mean less money in BMW pocket than to tune six cylinder engine and it forces potential buyers of 1 series to go with 6 cylinder models instead of 4 clyinder ones..Simple as that..IMO,in the future 4 cylinders will get similar tuning options..but only when this BMW move proves itself on market.
