N54 debuted as N54 B30 O0 (0 = debut, 1 = upgrade!), and was relabeled to N54 B30 U0.

I'll try to find out what the "?" is.
I'm sure it's not "K" or "T" ... IMO it's either "U" or "M".
PS: I missed the K. The correct explanation is:
K = lowest power output, U = low power output, M = moderate power output, O = high power output, T = highest power output.
