No they aren't. There is no formal agreement there. They aren't letting them do anything. Anyone can tune a car once they buy one or if a customer brings them one. Mercedes' official tuner is AMG, not Brabus. To help Brabus in any way wouldn't make sense and would only hinder AMG. Just because Brabus is the biggest Mercedes tuner means nothing in the way of formal agreements having been made. There are about a 1/2 dozen Mercedes tuners, but Brabus just happens to be the best, doesn't mean that Mercedes is ok or helps them.
