Yupp it seem like they are repositioning the S4 which I find to be a very wise decision.
At the moment the S4 and S5 are in no man's land, much more expensive than a 335i and close to 7-10k short in price of a M3/C63. The value to price ration is quite low which I why I think that 330hp is very reasonable if they bring down the price to a around 45k.
