330Cd (as Coupe 330d E46 was called) was launched in 2002 with the facelift. 320Cd one year later when I am right.
What a pity that C letter disappeared from Coupes and Cabrios rear badges. For me it sounds very nice when you say "I drive 330Cd" - everyone knows you have coupe or cabrio and when you say "I drive 330d" no one knows that it is coupe cabrio or just sedan.
