i am not happy with consumption on my c220cdi.i drove it from pietersburh to my place at 120 km/h it wasnt too great

what your likes and dislikes now that you had the car for a while

Car's going great. Done just under 5000km now and the consumption is getting better, but the more time you spend in the car, the more you like to play and it does tend to get heavier if you play alot.

But even then I average 8.0l-8.5l per 100kms. So, even driving like a complete @ss the consumption is respectable. On the open road averaging between 140 and 160 kmh you hit about 950km before eating into the reserve.

So, under normal driving conditions, I do about 800km on a tank, and for me thats what i expected. Lighter driving would obviously return lower figures but hey, might as well enjoy it

Other then that, liikes and dislikes... No major complaints. There is a slight problem with my front AMG bumper - the headlight washer flap on the passenger side doesn't close properly and the sunroof doen't enjoy the heat (squeeks after a long day in the sun) - but nothing that really detracts from enjoying the full driving experiance.

If I had to go through the whole process again with hindsight, I think I may have gone for the automatic...but thats not a majo biggy...
