But the stress ruined my diet and I quickly got bored of dressing like a Chav every morning to run at the park and worse: Getting late to work.

Actually my wife told me, that every morning I looked like an Adidas business card. If you are an overweight middle-aged bloke, you should NEVER EVER wear sporting clothes; you will look ridiculous.

Not to mention there is a constant feeling that "why on earth am I bothering doing it so?" I am married, I am a dad, my health is OK and I'm nearly pushing forty. It's time to relax and enjoy the pleasures of remote controls and DSG gearboxes...
