I was never a fan of BMW automobiles!! (with the exception of E39 and E38)
The Alpina cars are the only BMWs I really like. If I would buy a BMW, I would go for an Alpina. I love the understatement of the cars and I think, that's the deliberately difference between "Alpina" and the "M GmbH"!
Alpina produces the car for long trips and travelling. There cars are more comfortable...and that's what I like.
