Orignially it was never sold to the public and they never planned on it either. Arnold and a whole bunch of others, who are/were fans, petitioned and ultimately convinced the company to sell. So it wasn't really the company rather people who wanted it. But I do agree, it is a pointless vehicle unless you're a drug dealer or in the military.
