Actually you'd be surprised how easy it is to maintain white. Unless of course it rains or you are driving in mud... but when you wash it, you don't even really have to dry it as you don't see the water marks. Since he does live in SA, the summer weather is perfect for this far.
Plus it gets hot as hell over there.
