COMAND is a cost-option on all C-Classes in Europe AFAIK, perhaps not on the C63 AMG but I don't know this yet. Have to read up on that car.
I didn't try the COMAND knob here, but I assme it's "useless" on a car without COMAND. I'll need to check up on this, not quite sure.
