If I understand the article (and a few more articles which it links to) correctly, some Mexican guy called Joan Ferci has the exclusive rights to sell and build(!) Lamborghinis in South America. Apparently the Alar will be shown in a motor show and it will be built in Argentina. It'll be based on a Diablo platform and feature a turbocharged V12 developing 700 hp. They're aiming for a 360 km/h top speed.
