It is called S 550 everywhere, but here in Europe, especially in Germany, it is still called S 500 (although it has an 5.5 litres engine now).

I believe for Germany and for the rest of the world, the standard S500 guise remains for now - I don't know of any other country in the world other than the US which has the S550 badge, for example.
