There is a problem of getting all the power to the ground above the numbers presented, and also the turbo-lag starts creeping in at higher boost.
I have also noticed a shift in the torque bandwidth to the high side from the 1300 rpm to 2100 rpms.
So I am sure they are careful in ensuring a balance between power delivery/turbo lag/traction. Also remember that the stock car has no LSD, and I don't know if the B3 has LSD. But without LSD, you are have an artificial ceiling on how much power you can put to the ground.
