I guess buyers who want to have a luxury armoured car will buy the Maybach and buys who want a armoured extra extra long car will buy the Pullman, but isn't the Maybach 62 long enough for most people.
The tricky thing is that in a sense, the Maybach and this Pullman both speak to the same crowd, but then again, they don't really compete because the Maybach is still aimed at the über luxury crowd while the Pullman is still aimed pretty much as the S-Class crowd.

The LWB S-Class comes with some fancy gadgets, but on the Maybach's, buyers have the option of complete individualization while your typical S-Class has options and packages that allow individualization but not on the same level as the Maybach's.
