Ok on germancarfans.com it says
"At the upcoming Geneva Motor Show BMW will show a concept car of the new M3 Coupe. However, the production version – for release this summer - will look in various details different from the concept, as can be seen on these prototype shots. While the concept car has the license plate in the lower bumper area, it will show up in the production model between the taillights in the boot lid, as before."
This contridicts Scotts26/27's Info about this issue, can you explain?
