Totally with you Hussein.
I don't feel as though this is
any direction at all. This feels like an amalgamation design where every secion of the car seems like a different idea bonded together with some completely unrelated ideas. We're used to seeing that kind of tomfoolery come out of Ford's studio, but not Audi's.
Sure, we said the same things about the Z4's lack of cohesion when it debuted, but in the end the car was a very exciting and complex object to behold, love it or hate it. The A5, on the other hand, doesn't elict much emotion at all. I'm supposed to be feeling "sexy coupe with tons of class." Instead my brain is seeing large hatchback.
