Good question. If Audi does a 324hp version of the 3.6L V6 in the Passat and BMW, Lexus, and Cadillac all have 300 or more hp, then you know Mercedes is going to go ape !@#$ with their next V6. I betting on 325-335hp. At the same time I think the V8s will get a boost too, taking the 4.7 in the S450 from 340h to about 375 and the S550's 382hp to about 420, to make room for a 325-340hp V6. You know Mercedes won't take this lower-class hp war lying down having seen off any and all competitors in the V8/V12 segments.
