I don't get my fun by abusing the engine into high-rpm's. My kind of fun comes from slamming the pedal and having an immediate surge of torque that propels the car forward at a brutal pace. Sure, the 335i is capable of that but I am willing to bet that the 335d will have more brutal low-end acceleration and shove.
