It's kind of hard to define. I guess it depends a lot on the attitude of the owner and the "appropriateness" of the car in a given situation. A Ferrari generally is a pure car as rammie said, but sometimes, somehow, some people manage to make even a very dignified car, like the old 456GT, look flashy and crass. Sometimes it's the colour choice, sometimes it's black privacy glass - I's hard to define but there is definitely such a thing as good and bad taste - some people just can't tell when something is just "wrong" - I'd say it comes down to the owner in the end.
