Honestly, it's going to depend on where in california you're living (zip code), your age, your occupation (sometimes) and of course your car. Only go online to get an idea of what kind of rates you're going to get but I'd rather say call around to different agents and get something set up by them. Unlike the computer, they better understand that you're a college student or whatever.
