Specialty Equipment industry unveils more emerging new trends
with New Products Showcase Winners


LAS VEGAS , Nev. ( Nov. 2, 2005 ) – SEMA, the Specialty Equipment Market Association, announced the winners of the New Products Showcase Awards at the New Products Awards Breakfast held at the Las Vegas Hilton.

The event was kicked off with some words from special guest speaker Emerson Fittipaldi, the charismatic and entrepreneurial Brazilian racer who's won two Formula One World Championships, two Indianapolis 500 Championships and an Indy Car World Championship.

“We want to congratulate you all—you make the SEMA Show with your products and your imagination,” said Fittipaldi, himself a highly successful entrepreneur in the specialty equipment industry.

Criteria that ranked high on the judges' selection for the New Product Showcase Awards included superiority of innovation, technical achievement, quality and workmanship, consumer appeal and marketability. More than 1,100 exciting new products were part of the showcase, featuring some of the industry's cutting-edge specialty equipment and accessories.
