Oh c'mon. The car is heavily cladded with plastic. You can't even sent the true proportions & desing.

It just gives you a general shape impression.

The main thing that bother me are the rear lights, and they seems undisguised, Shape looks cool though.

Well, if BMW can turn such an ugly thing into the beautiful car that the 6-series is. I don't doubt that the 1 cab will look quite good.

Hardtops have many disanvatages... like cost, weight, truck room.

And considering the market position and size of this car, a softtop makes more sense.

Besides, the E93 will be hartop.

cost.. bmw isnt poor.. and it will bring more sales so its a win thing in the end
weight.. this car is not a performance car.. the SLK55 is a hardtop.. it performs pretty well for a ordinary use.. and more so.. even bmw standards.. cause its not a M car
truck room.. doesen matter much with these kinds of cars.. and again.. new hardtops dooesent take up so much more space
....
